Does anyone know the situation regarding the 2007 championship since Whaddon was abandoned ?

Where it was 9 rounds, one to marshall, one to miss/marshall/holiday and seven best to score, where are we now we're a round down ?

Also, if you marshalled at Whaddon, does this still count ?

The situation regarding the 2007 championship since Whaddon was abandoned, I have been trying to get a replacment for it but with no joy.

So it will be 8 rounds this year, one to marshall, one to miss/marshall/holiday and six best to score.

Whaddon does not count.

Can we do seven rounds and pick our best six, or can we only do six rounds? Can the people who marshalled at Whaddon do eight rounds and pick there best six?

Due to the Whaddon event not counting there will be 8 rounds with each riders best 6 being their final points total.

Therefore, as long as the rider has marshalled a championship round they can ride 7 champioship round events and their best 6 will be totalled.
